We have a warehouse and retail store located at 40/16 Dunstans Court, Thomastown VIC 3074, which is currently open by appointment only.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Once you have added your chosen products to your shopping trolley and check out, you will be able to view our shipping rates.

Please note, we do not ship to Post Office boxes.

At this stage we do not offer international shipping, however if you are an overseas customer, please contact us on info@violeta-australia.com to see if we can assist.
 

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY address once MY oNLINE Order is placed?

Once the order has been confirmed, a change of address may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible on info@violeta-australia.com to see if we can assist.
 

WHEN WILL MY online ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day Monday through Friday (excluding Victorian public holidays).
 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY online ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number and a link where you can click to check the status of your delivery.
  

WHat is your CLEARANCE sale?

Prior to accepting new stock into our warehouse, we are slashing prices on a number of lines that are post the manufacturer best before dates. But rest assured - the manufacturer has assured us that the products are still of the highest quality. So if you’re interested in getting yourself a bargain, stock up now!
